I started with pro24 on Atari ST, then went to cubase. I then jumped into the PC world and started using cakewak (loved it) than when VSTi’s arrived, went back to Steinberg and loving it since (Cubase at home and Nuendo at work). Starting to use Ableton Live for concerts and looking very close at Ardour and Harrison’s MixBus for final mixing and summing (but OSX only

I also started there. After that the Apple and Emagics Logic appeared into my life ;o). From there the PC and Cubase became a bigger role. In 2002 I started again, after a break of 3 years, with Samplitude. In case of a few problems with samplitde 10 I´d decided to start something new and were coming to Sonar from Cakewalk.
Now…I´m using Sonar 8.5 and Cubase 5 at home and in the studio. Cubase 5 was more something like ”must do” with my musician partners…;o)
Both are brilliant on different ways . So, I have to love them both.
